Relay Terms of Service

By creating an account, installing or using the Relay extension, or using Relay services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

• Maintaining account security
• Activity under your account
• Using Relay lawfully

Relay provides:

• Job saving and tracking
• Browser-extension capture
• Resume analysis
• AI recommendations
• Practice tools
• Outreach drafting
• Networking organization

Relay is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, employment lawyer, career-outcome guarantor, or representative of third-party job platforms.

Relay uses automated and AI-based systems. AI-generated summaries, scores, recommendations, contacts, drafts, and feedback may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sending it to another person. No match score or opportunity score represents a probability of employment.

Relay does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, recruiter responses, salary, job availability, or accuracy of third-party postings.

Relay may link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, employer websites, and applicant-tracking systems. Relay is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those services unless explicitly stated. You are subject to third-party terms when using third-party services.

You may not:

• Use Relay unlawfully
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with Relay infrastructure
• Upload malware
• Abuse automated systems
• Scrape or exploit Relay
• Impersonate others
• Submit false or infringing information
• Use Relay to violate third-party terms or rights

You retain ownership of resumes, notes, transcripts, and other content you provide. You grant Relay a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate and improve requested Relay features.

Relay's software, branding, interfaces, and original content remain owned by [LEGAL OWNER NAME OR COMPANY] or its licensors.

Beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed without notice.

Relay may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, legal requirements, or security risks. You may stop using Relay and request account deletion at any time.

Relay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relay and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of opportunities, data, profits, or employment outcomes arising from use of Relay.

You agree to defend and indemnify Relay against claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF FORMATION OR RESIDENCE], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue will be in courts located in [COUNTY AND STATE FOR GOVERNING LAW], unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Relay may update these Terms and will update the effective date. Continued use of Relay after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
